Delivery

All products will be delivered as fresh frozen. Fish products are placed onto food safe trays, fully sealed in Cryovac'd bags and placed into a "SNAP" freezer, to ensure the integrity of our product is never compromised.

 

Delivery Areas:

We currently only service the greater Gladstone district. Please click here to see if we service your area.

Delivery Days:

Wednesday and Friday between 10am and 2pm.

You will receive a confirmation of your delivery day and time via text. Orders placed before midday will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day for your area.

If you need to reschedule delivery time, please respond by text immediately.

Delivery Fees:

*NOTE* Minimum $20 spend required for delivery eligibility.

Orders over $120 - Free Delivery

Orders between $60 and $120 - $2.50 Delivery Fee

Orders up to $60 - $5 Delivery Fee

*NOTE* As your product is of a perishable nature, if you are not present and/or have not provided details of where your delivery can be safely left, ie: an esky with ice, or access to a fridge/freezer, then a re-delivery fee of $20 will apply.

Delivery Instructions:

Delivery instructions can be left at "Add delivery instructions" tab, under Shipping on the Checkout page. If unavailable to receive your product, please include in your instructions the location of a secure place, refrigerated receptacle description you have for us to place your product in and any property access issues.

Please note, our products are of a perishable nature, it is the responsibility of the receiver to return the products to a fridge or freezer in a timely manner to ensure the product maintains its freshness and quality.

BEUD ANKA FISHING takes no responsibility for defrosted goods after they have been delivered, including when requested to leave if customer not home.
