How are Beud Anka Fishing's fish products packaged for delivery?
At Beud Anka Fishing, we place utmost importance on delivering our fish products fresh and in impeccable condition. We understand the significance of ensuring that every item arrives in a flawless state.
For this reason, our fish is meticulously packaged using specialized techniques to guarantee its quality and freshness are preserved during transportation and storage.
To maintain flavor, freshness, and extend shelf life, we take great care in packing our products onto food-safe trays after processing. These trays undergo commercial Cryovac treatment and are swiftly placed in our snap to rapidly freeze the product. The rapid temperature drop to below -35˚C ensures optimal preservation.
To maintain the perfect temperature of our products during transportation, we use commercial insulated ice boxes along with ice packs. This ensures that your order remains at its best until it reaches your doorstep. You can trust that when your package arrives, it will be perfectly prepared and ready for you to indulge in.

What areas does Beud Anka Fishing deliver to?
Delivery at this stage is set up for the greater Gladstone district, straight to your door. We are working to secure a transport merchant with reasonable delivery fees, to accommodate customers outside of this postcode.

Can I place an order in advance?
Absolutely!!
We actually encourage customers to place orders well before they require product to guarantee/shore up supply.
In the event a specific product shows as "sold out", kindly touch base with us and submit an order. We run a book/record of the product you are chasing and will actively fish for you and provide it to you based on your requirements. Once we have your product, you will be notified and payment and delivery can be organised.
Can I Click and Collect?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service as we do not occupy a physical shopfront, enabling us to transfer the usual cost benefits linked to conventional storefront establishments onto you.
Can I return my order after I receive it?
Given the nature of perishable products and the need to uphold health and hygiene standards, we unfortunately cannot accommodate returns for items that have been purchased.
However, goods can be inspected before accepting delivery to ensure quality, but please note that returns are not accepted once the delivery has been acknowledged.
